What comes in the subscription box?
Every box has 7-10 snacks along with a gift for the postpartum woman.
Is there a contract?
There is no contract. You can buy one box or subscribe to 4 or 6 weeks which you can cancel before the next renewal on Monday. Once renewed there will be no refund provided for that week.
Can I give this as a gift?
Yes! You can add a subscription to your cart and check “This is a gift” at checkout. Choose the length of their subscription or a one-time box. You can leave a gift message which we’ll deliver with the box. Please make sure that you correctly enter your billing address but use the receivers address as the shipping address.
Can I change my subscription?
To edit your subscription, you’ll need to activate your store account. To activate it, go here: https://www.withumaa.com/account/register .Use the same email address you used to place your order. After you’ve registered, you can login to your account and click on "Subscriptions". Then you will be able to update payment, skip or pause boxes, or cancel anytime
How long will it take to arrive?
We ship the orders within 5-7 days of receiving the order. USA orders typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped.
How can I check my order status?
You will receive an email from us with tracking information
What's the cost of shipping?
We offer $5 flat rate shipping on our subscription boxes that ship within the USA's 48 contiguous states. We are not shipping to international locations as of now.
Other store item rates are based on weight and size and will be calculated at checkout. You have the option to select your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout.
If I have an issue with my box how do I reach out?

What is your cancellation policy?
Our goal is to provide you with complete satisfaction, so we completely understand if the subscription box is not to what you envisioned. You can cancel your subscription and discontinue your weekly payments. To cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel or contact us prior to the renewal date on the Monday of each week. Email support at support@withumaa.com
